Congratulations to all the athletes of the 2026 Volleyball Canada Youth Nationals! That was one for the record books!
What a month! We've been having so much fun chasing you from city to city across the country for each Nationals event, it hardly seems real that the event is over. From Moncton to Mississauga, Ottawa to Calgary, we've been with you every step of the way helping to celebrate your successes.
We loved to see you rocking the theme days as well! The special Mother's Day Twin with Mom theme in Edmonton was a particular highlight, as well as the Country/Western theme day in Calgary T2. We couldn't resist leaning into that and showing off a little hometown pride with a cowboy hat (and cowboy duck!) to match.
The real celebration is all you athletes! We love the atmosphere of camaraderie and excitement you bring to each event. All of you killed it!
Huge shout out to Volleyball Canada as well! The planning and preparation needed to organize Canada's largest youth sporting event is no joke, and the rockstars at Volleyball Canada pull if off without a hitch every time. It couldn't happen without the dedication and hard work of the support staff as well, from the referees and officials, medical staff, and volunteers as well! Your friends and family are what make the party happen, bringing the noise (literally!) and supporting you all the way.
